Due to the limited parking spaces available on LMCH properties, all LMCH staff may issue parking violation warnings to help manage the parking spaces that are available to both tenants and their visitors. All vehicles must be registered and roadworthy; every vehicle must be properly licensed by having license plates attached and validated by Ministry of Transportation. Vehicles with a weight exceeding 3000kg will not be permitted.
The CSU investigates abandoned vehicles and has the authority from the municipality to issue by-law tickets. They also have the ability to tow vehicles off LMCH properties under certain circumstances.
We encourage all tenants and their visitors to obey parking signage, fire routes and hydrants as well as accessible parking.
