Reimagine Southdale will revitalize the property at Southdale and Millbank. This community is home to over 500 tenants. Throughout the three-phase project, the site will be upgraded to a total of 265 units, including 98 townhouses and 167 apartments. Existing townhouses are being upgraded with new siding, roofing and outdoor improvements.

Important Milestones
- Zoning Bylaw Amendment: submitted to the City in 2025 and approved in 2025
- Existing Townhouse Demolition: 25 existing townhouse units were demolished in July 2025 to prepare the site for construction
- Topping-off Event: LMCH (including the Board of Directors), Mayor Josh Morgan, City of London Administration, and the Southdale Community, celebrated a construction milestone in June 2026.
