Background
Reimagine Southdale will revitalize the property at Southdale and Millbank. This community is home to over 500 tenants. Throughout the three-phase project, the site will be upgraded to a total of 265 units, including 98 townhouses and 167 apartments. Existing townhouses are being upgraded with new siding, roofing and outdoor improvements.

Important Milestones
- Zoning Bylaw Amendment: submitted to the City in 2022 and approved in 2023
- Existing Townhouse Demolition: 18 existing townhouse units were demolished in December 2023 to prepare the site for construction
- Groundbreaking Event: LMCH (including the Board of Directors), Mayor Josh Morgan, City of London Administration, Southdale Community, and Government Officials celebrated the start of construction in March 2024.
